Rwanga Foundation designated Strategic Partner of Save the Children International and Kurdistan Save the Children for the Next Five Years

In a ceremony attended by government officials, representatives of international organizations, civil society organizations, and young people, Save the Children Iraq Youth Strategy 2027–2032 and the Youth Budget Advocacy and Public Accountability Toolkit were officially launched.

Under this five-year strategic framework, Rwanga Foundation will work with its partners in taking a leading role in youth advocacy, innovation, and meaningful youth participation, while contributing to key activities under the Youth Strategy.

The partnership aims to strengthen young people’s participation in budget processes, public accountability, policy dialogue, and public decision-making, while supporting youth-led ideas and solutions.

During Rwanga Foundation’s remarks, the vision of its Founder and President, Idris Nechirvan Barzani, was highlighted, recognizing young people as a lasting national asset requiring continuous investment, protection, opportunity, and empowerment.
