Rwanga Foundation in partnership with the International Labour Organization and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government, is supporting the delivery of a pedagogy training programme for 25 staff members from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Erbil.
The programme aims to strengthen the technical and vocational education and training system in the Kurdistan Region by certifying participants as vocational instructors through improved pedagogical competencies and learner-centred teaching approaches. Upon completion, participants will be qualified to deliver standardized vocational training at vocational training centres across the region, contributing to improved employability and access to labour-market-relevant skills for young people.
