Rwanga Foundation Celebrates Earth Day with Tree Planting Campaign to Foster Environmental Awareness Among Youth
In celebration of Earth Day on April 22, 2025, Rwanga Foundation proudly participated in a large-scale tree-planting campaign organized by the British International University – Erbil. The initiative brought together students, volunteers, and environmental advocates with the shared goal of promoting sustainability and restoring green spaces.
The campaign aimed to revive the culture of planting within the community and inspire youth to take active roles in protecting the environment. By engaging young people in reforestation efforts, the initiative not only contributes to combating climate change but also fosters a sense of responsibility and environmental stewardship among the next generation.
