Intending to strengthen the capacity of social researchers and create a safe and supportive educational environment, Rwanga Foundation, in partnership with the General Directorate of Education in Sulaymaniyah, successfully conducted a three-day training course titled "Training Social Advisors in Schools" for 12 social Advisors.
Led by an expert trainer, the course focused on a comprehensive whole-school approach—including student voice and participation, wellbeing and mental health, child protection, early risk detection, referral to necessary services, family-school partnerships, and data-driven practices- alongside a series of theoretical and practical sessions.
