Rwanga Foundation conducted an 8-day photography training in Halabja for 13 young people, focusing on youth capacity building and environmental protection.
The training covered fundamental photography principles through theoretical and practical sessions. Participants concluded the course with a hands-on environmental cleanup campaign at Byara tourist sites, capturing photographs to raise awareness about nature conservation and support Halabja's tourism sector.
This initiative goes beyond technical skill-building; it empowers youth to actively participate in environmental protection and sustainable tourism development across the Kurdistan Region.
