Rwanga Foundation took part in the first scientific forum on cultural policy, themed "Culture as a Lifeline," organized by the Ministry of Culture and Youth and the General Directorate of Culture and Arts in Sulaymaniyah.
The Foundation's Cheif Executive Director participated in a panel discussion, sharing cultural initiatives and projects that Rwanga has implemented while highlighting the importance of collaboration between governmental and non-governmental organizations to develop Kurdistan's cultural sector.
The forum gathered intellectuals, experts, government and NGO representatives, academics, and cultural activists from across the Kurdistan Region to explore culture's vital role in shaping identity and strengthening society, while addressing the challenges and opportunities facing the cultural sector in Kurdistan.
Rwanga Foundation's participation reflects the strong commitment of Idris Nechirvan Barzani, President and Founder of Rwanga Foundation, to culture as one of the Foundation's key sectors. Over the years, Rwanga has implemented numerous cultural activities and programs supporting this mission.
