Then the project and its objectives were presented to the company representatives. At the end of the ceremony, discussions were held with the representatives of the companies, and all their questions about the project were answered by the project team.

The project is essentially focused on providing technical support for the implementation of employment creation and promoting employment for youth and women. Most opportunities for long-term employment will be concentrated in various sectors of the labor economy, such as manufacturing, utilities (electricity, gas), wholesale and retail trade, education, private firms, agriculture, and any other related sectors of industries.

The main purpose of this project is to tackle the issue of unemployment and consequently minimize its impact on the current Economical challenges.

For this purpose, Rwanga Foundation identifies job seekers for the companies that have job vacancies and/or apprenticeship vacancies. In addition, the project supports companies by making a monthly contribution of 205,000 IQDs to the employee's salary for 6 months - thereby reducing the cost of hiring and maintaining employees and apprentices. And the remaining amount of the salary is to be paid by the company.
