Based on a request from the Ministry of Culture and Youth and after a thorough assessment conducted by Rwanga field engineer team, the foundation decided to renovate the KidZone in Qushtapa refugee camp in Erbil. The renovation included demolitions, leveling, painting, tiling, repairing false ceiling, electrical maintenance, waterproofing the roof, concreting pathways, planting trees, developing playground and providing items as well as cleaning the building. 

It is worth mentioning that the KidZone was built by Rwanga Foundation in partnership with the Emirates Red Crescent in 2014.
