Rwanga Foundation in partnership with Flanders’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Voka) and in coordination with Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry supports the production and exporting of local agri-food products by organizing several numbers of trainings and conferences, the project is part of a bigger project implemented by Voka and aims to transfer best practices and develop cooperation between Flanders and Iraqi Kurdistan in the following 3 areas:

-        Organic agri-food production and distribution/ exports.

-        Waste management and eco-friendly production.

-        Supporting female entrepreneurship

Rwanga Foundation takes the coordinating role for activities to be organized for the theme “Organic agri-food production and distribution/ exports’’.
 

The project foresees the organization of study visits to Flanders, trainings and conferences in Erbil Furthermore, during the project's execution, online or physical-economic committee meetings with the presence and involvement of official institutions from Flanders and Iraqi Kurdistan will be held.
