As a part of its mission, Rwanga Foundation in partnership with Marathon Oil, contributed its respect, support and appreciation to the Martyrs' families as a tribute to those brave fighters who fought against the terror organisation called the Islamic State (IS). Each Martyr's family received US$ 850 on October 26, 2016 in the first phase of this project, and in the next phase, Rwanga Foundation teams will be heading towards the cities and villages within Kurdistan Region to reach most of the families of martyrs in order to provide the necessary help and support. In total, 8,020 individuals benefited from this project.
