The project provides trainings to 300 employees in the KRI including (Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah and Halabja) governorates with the aim of fostering the skills and capacities of employees working in the private sector.

The project has set a plan to continue enhancing skills development of both employees' capacity to work and their opportunities at work. This approach will offer more scope for creativity and satisfaction at work. The project will result in 70% Improved employee knowledge and increased productivity.

Rwanga Foundation has consolidated a qualitative finding from evaluation forms, conversations, and stakeholder interviews to learn from private enterprises in KRI regarding opportunities for growth and perceived gaps in skills among the KRI labor force. This project aims to increase the employees' technical skills to enable them to do specific  jobs efficiently. those sorts of training will provide the employees with the facility to gain technical knowledge and learn new skills to do specific jobs and increase the job-related knowledge and skills.

Target Beneficiaries: 65% Males and 35% Females, Age (18 – 35), Type (Host Community, IDPs, or Refugees).

Planned Number of Beneficiaries: 300 (100 Erbil, 100 Duhok, 80 Sulaymaniyah, 20 Halabja)
