Within the framework of the “Empowering Sustainable Livelihoods” project, which focuses on migration and returnee issues, the Rwanga Foundation organized a series of capacity-building training sessions for staff members of the National Referral System in the Zakho Independent Administration.
The training covered key topics such as internal and external migration policies, data collection and analysis, monitoring and verification mechanisms, coordination and communication, and the fundamentals of crisis and risk management.
The primary goal of these sessions was to strengthen the professional capacities of staff working in this specialized field, enhancing their ability to effectively address migration challenges and facilitate the reintegration of returnees into their communities.
The “Empowering Sustainable Livelihoods” project is implemented by the Rwanga Foundation, with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
