Rwanga Foundation Completes Distribution of 17,500 Food Baskets in the Kurdistan Region
As part of its efforts under the "Vulnerable Groups" sector during the holy month of Ramadan, Rwanga Foundation successfully distributed 17,500 food baskets to families in needs across the Kurdistan Region.
Initially, the plan was to distribute 16,000 food baskets. However, due to the high number of families requiring assistance—and Rwanga Foundation's strong commitment to ensuring that no low-income family would be left behind—the total number was increased to 17,500 baskets.
Mr. Hassan Sheikh Alaa Al-Din, Chief Executive Director of Rwanga Foundation, stated:
"We are proud to implement this humanitarian campaign during the holy month of Ramadan. Our goal has been to reach all areas of the Kurdistan Region and support families in need."
