Job Placement and Apprenticeship for CfW Graduates
The project is essentially focused on providing technical support for the implementation of employment creation and promoting employment for youth and women. In these environments, most opportunities for long-term employment will be concentrated in various sectors of the labor economy, such as manufacturing, utilities (electricity, gas), wholesale and retail trade, education, private firms, agriculture, and any other related sectors of industries.
The main purpose of this project is to tackle the issue of unemployment and consequently minimize its impact on the current microeconomic challenges.
This project is designed in a way to enhance the capacity of businesses to help address the lack of opportunities for job creation. The diversification of economic activities in the Kurdistan Region will be identified to be crucial to creating jobs, improving livelihoods, and generating sustainable large-scale employment.
