Business Registration and Regulation in KRI
The Business Registration and Regulation in KRI is a project designed to make improvements in the Business and Startup sector in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This project was a follow-up to a request by the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Regional Government to advise and design a concrete roadmap towards improved methods and policies that fit the modern world of doing business.
the project is designed to make changes of improvement in the Business and
Startup sector in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The reason for designing a project for this topic is because
of the little change there had been in regards to the procedures and implementation of business
startups in an efficient and systematic way.

- Phase Two: Panel Discussion on E-Commerce in the Kurdistan Region.
- Phase Three: the writing of a Draft Policy Paper consisting of all collective recommendations for law
