Conducting a Training on Trust and Team Building

Erbil, KRI (March 15, 2021) – Rwanga Foundation in coordination with the British International School in Kurdistan conducted a two day training for 72 employees and staff members of the different school departments. (Admin and teaching staff)

The aim of this training is to provide services and build capacities of employees of private sector to enhance the team spirit among the employees in order to provide a better educational environment for the students. 72 employees of all departments (Admin and teaching staff) participated in the two-day training. On the first day, up to 45 people participated and the rest participated on a second day.

 

“The training conducted by Rwanga Foundation was a very useful training, especially for the managers. It was awakening, an update to the manager’s awareness” said Omar Khidhir, one of the participants of the training.


The training is a part of the 'Rwanga Foras' Project which operates all over Iraq to provide the youth with free access to a variety of resources through detailed online and offline training courses, personalized specific advises on how to create powerful CVs, and pertinent technical guidance to help young people find jobs they strive for and determine the career path that best matches their life aspirations.
