Rwanga Foras delivers Training Courses to the Youth across KRI

Erbil, Sulaimani and Duhok, KURDISTAN (February 2020)  - Rwanga Foundation conducts a set of Training Courses for job seekers as a part of the ‘Foras Project’. 

 

Facing the harsh economic conditions and the difficulties in competing within the job market, Rwanga Foundation tries to assist in the best way possible, starting with the basics of finding a job. The aim of the project is the Employment of Youth and Empowerment of Labour Market Stakeholders. To do so, basic training sessions had been conducted in the three major cities of the Kurdistan Region, in which a total of 57 adolescences between the ages of 18 to 35 could benefit, covering locals, host communities, IDPs and refugees.

The training sessions included:

  • CV writing
  • Cover letter writing
  • Interview skills and work ethics

The training is a part of the 'Rwanga Foras' Project which operates all over Iraq to provide the youth with free access to a variety of resources through detailed online and offline training courses, personalized specific advises on how to create powerful CVs, and pertinent technical guidance to help young people find jobs they strive for and determine the career path that best matches their life aspirations.
