Rwanga Foras with IFC provides Business Edge Training

Erbil, 13-14 February 2017. Rwanga Foras in partnership with International Finance Corporation (IFC) organized Business Edge training under the title (Recruiting Key Management Position) for refugees and local community in Qushtapa sub district Erbil Governorate. The participants were refugees and local community and the training provided were:

·         Identifying essential interviewing tools and methods, 

·        Making good decisions when selecting candidates for key positions

·        Negotiating salary and benefit techniques.

The aim of the training was to improve the participant’s basic knowledge about recruiting key management positions in the private sector. 

Rwanga Foras vision is to link the job providers with job seekers and upgrade their skills in capacity building by providing training.
